Refund Policy

This policy applies to every product sold on The Groom Method by ZENDRON NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA, from the €5 Starter Guide to the €97 Pro Mentorship.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email zendrondigital@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request".
2. Include the email address used at checkout and the product name.
3. Alternatively, request it from your order in your Whop account.

Processing time

We confirm your request within 2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method, and it usually appears in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. There are no fees.

After 7 days

Requests made after 7 days are not eligible, except where a product is defective or not delivered, or where required by law.

Access after a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the product and any included materials is removed.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate payment in full, at any time.
