These terms apply to all purchases and use of The Groom Method website and products. The seller and supplier of all products is ZENDRON NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 61.669.646/0001-50, Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811, Sala 1119 – Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo – SP, 01452-001, Brazil ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as our payment processor and is not the seller of the products.
1. Products and prices
All products are digital and delivered online. Prices are in euros (EUR), charged as a one-time payment, with no subscription:

2. Delivery
After successful payment, access is delivered instantly through your Whop account, and a receipt is sent to the email used at checkout. If you don't receive access within 24 hours, contact zendrondigital@gmail.com.
3. License
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product you bought for your own learning. Sharing logins, copying, reselling or redistributing any content is prohibited and may result in access being removed without refund.
4. Pro Mentorship feedback
Pro Mentorship buyers can submit photos or videos of their grooming work by email for 2 personal feedback reviews, delivered within 5 business days of each submission. Reviews must be used within 12 months of purchase.
5. Refunds
All products have a 7-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Educational content and safety
Our products teach grooming techniques for educational purposes. Results depend on your practice. You are responsible for handling animals safely and for seeking a veterinarian for any health concern.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update products and these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
